I read a great tip in the May issue of Met Home and since then have been on a kitchen rampage! Since space is always of the essence in the kitchen why not make sure we use every inch...whether its up high or down low.....You know that 4" recessed toe kick that runs around the bottom of all your cabinets through your entire kitchen? Well why not make use of it!! Raising that kick anywhere from 6-8" tall allows you enough space to outfit that space with drawers....instant storage for those over sized serving trays that you use twice a year and never quite fit in any cabinet!
